Hello

I help adults who feel their pornography use has become difficult to control or is negatively affecting their relationships, self-esteem, work, or daily life. Whether you're experiencing compulsive sexual behaviors, struggling with shame or secrecy, or trying to rebuild trust with a partner, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you understand

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-informed. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, including those whose pornography use conflicts with their personal values, relationships, or faith. My goal is not to judge your choices but to help you live in a way that aligns with your values and supports the life you want to create.

My Story

I was raised on the principle of doing what I can to help others where possible and took a keen interest in science and psychology while in school. For me, becoming a psychotherapist felt like the best fit and this was where my journey to working in mental heath began. Previous to this I spent time working in labs, helping with research, and learning all I could from textbooks which is when I knew my
interests was in working with and learning about real people. What I look forward to most is meeting new people, hearing about their lives, and connecting through our similarities or learning through our differences. In the past, I have spent time volunteering at food banks and working in emergency first aid, and I plan to take what I have learned from these professions alongside my education in counselling psychology to provide the best possible services for my clients.
