with me so that you feel comfortable and at ease to open up and share your vulnerabilities. I am trained in CBT, DBT, motivational
interviewing, and solution focused therapy.

My Story
I immigrated to Canada at the age of 10, not knowing any English. I
faced many adversities due to this in my childhood into early
adulthood that caused me to struggle with my own mental health
challenges. These experiences I had are what made me want to go into
the field of mental health.
I completed both my bachelors and masters in Social work from York
University and started my career working in the inpatient adult
psychiatric unit, and from there transitioned over to working in
outpatient mental health providing group therapy. I have experience
working in a wide variety of mental health settings including
addiction facilities, hospitals, schools, and community organizations.
I continuously keep myself updated on the best treatments in the area
of mental health through attending courses and seminars. My
experience, passion, and training makes me an excellent candidate for
anyone looking to take the step to build the life that they want which
is in alignment with their goals and values.
